How much is shipping?
Live rates are calculated at checkout from your address and order weight. You can choose Standard Ground, Saver, Express or Next day.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. You will get an email with tracking when it ships.
Why does the price include a bottle deposit?
Michigan charges a 10¢ deposit on beverage containers. We pay it when we buy the product, so it is included in our price. It can be redeemed only in Michigan.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. At checkout choose a Gift invoice (no prices on the paper invoice), and check Anonymous sender if you want your name left off. Add a gift message in the note box and we’ll print it on the invoice.
What will I see on my card statement?
Card and PayPal charges appear as FoodHome.com.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Choose “Pay by mailing a paper check” at checkout and mail your check payable to TheVernorsStore.com, 1491 W. 14 Mile Rd., Madison Heights, MI 48071. We ship after it arrives and clears.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship to U.S. addresses only.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace or refund the damaged items. See Shipping & Returns.
Can I search by UPC?
Yes — every product page lists the UPC codes printed on the can, bottle and carton.
