We ship from Madison Heights, Michigan to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates and speed
Live shipping rates from UPS, FedEx and USPS are shown at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Choose Standard Ground, Saver, Express or Next day. In-stock orders usually ship within 1–2 business days; transit time depends on the option you choose. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Holiday orders
For delivery before a holiday, please order at least 3 business days before the holiday plus the transit time of your shipping option. Delivery dates shown are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Paper check orders
Orders paid by mailed check ship after the check arrives and clears (allow 3 business days after we receive it).
Damaged or leaking shipments
We pack every order to travel, but cans and bottles occasionally arrive damaged. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the damaged items, and we will replace or refund them.
Returns
Because we sell food and beverages, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered. If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right.
