I have not been able to find any Vernors in the Peoria,IL area. Does any one know how I can get some for my father he grew up in MI and loves this stuff

We are no longer able to get Vernors Ginger Ale in Central FL. Apparently, there is a problem since Pepsi carries it but it is not obtainable through them here? Go figure. Anyway, can someone tell me if they know an area in central FL that carries Vernors? We live slightly north of Tampa. I've tried Winn Dixie and Walmart and it is a no-go on both of them.

Aloha, Just a note, got my order of Vernor's yesterday, opening a can I let the scent of the ale take me back to my youth, when I would bicycle down to the foot of Woodward and watch the bottling operation go on in the old Vernors bottling plant for it seemed like hours. The Bob-Lo boats (boat?) would come and go, the people would dis-embark and as a last treat go into the fountain for a glass of Vernors or a cream ale. Mahalo and aloha nui loa from prardise. Steve

I agree with the below poster. I think the formula must have changed because the strong ginger that used to tickle my nose is gone. I used to buy it at Publix when I lived in Florida and it just wasn't the same. Now I live in NC and can't find it anywhere. I have to buy ginger beer for that tickle, and to be reminded of the bottles I used to drink as a child when I visited my granny in Alma, Michigan.

I live in Clinton, NC. And I can't find Faygo ANYWHERE. Does anyone know where I can buy it?

WE are absolutely beside ourselves. It seems that we can't find diet Vernors Ginger ale anywhere here in Pinellas County in Florida. It's almost the only soft drink we drink in this house and we cannot find it. Please, help me find some diet vernors!!!

I was informed by Publix employee in Florida that Pepsi Bottling has quit distributing Vernor's. I loved Diet Vernor's and now am looking for someone in Florida that carries Diet Vernors... Any Ideas

It was a lonely night and I was remembering back to my childhood days when Vernors flowed, with Salays bologna and Made Rite Potato Chips. Possibly even a Faygo Redpop, which I couldn't believe the last time I ran across it - it was a marked down soda. How is society going to survive on Energy drinks and low fat vanilla chai lattes?

I remember Vernors Gingerale way back in the 1940's when I lived in Lakewood, Ohio. We would go to my Grandmother's in Toledo and she always had two or three cases in the pantry. Haven't seen it since I moved to MA many years ago. Last year I heard a neighbor talking of my old favorite and it brought back so many memories of the days when we visited my (Toledo Mama) as we called her. I wish I could find it close to me in MA. I love the great taste and would savor a bottle right now. If anyone knows where I could find it close to me, please do e mail me and let me know. There is nothing like Vernors Gingerale, no other gingerale could even come close to that great flavor. Here's to my finding a Vernors.

I was supprise to see the article in the Troy Times newspaper about Vernors genger ale and that brought back memmories to me when I was employed there and the people that I work with.

Please send VERNORS to Sunny South Florida! No one here know what I'm talking about. They think they know ginger ale. I tell them back home we say VERNORS. Nothing else compares.

I remember, as a young child, in Detroit drinking Vernor's and remember how it tickled the nose. When we moved to California in 1961 and years later when it was first available it had that great taste and that 'tickles my nose' feeling to go along with it. Vernor's then disappeared for several years in California and when it reappeared it had lost that tickle the nose feeling and the taste wasn't as strong. I love the Diet Vernor's now but still miss the original old taste.

Hi Everyone. the other day i found a Old Vernors Bottle out in the woods, its a 10Fl. Oz Clear Bottle it says no refill on the bottom. sure would like to know its age. Thanks for any Help on this matter.

Why doesn't stores in Mass Carry Vernors. I "M from Detroit and drank it as a child.The only way i get it now. Is when my sister sends it to me. I will be in Detroit in march of 07. I will take some back with me to Mass. I remember the old Vernors plant in downtown Detroit. next to Tigers stadium.I think that there was Vernors Ice Cream also.I get sanders toppings sent to me. Vernors, Faygo, Hudsonville Ice Cream-- all great but Frito Lay's Cheetos don't hold a candle to the almighty Cheese Kurl! Factory direct from right there in River City, I'm visiting for Christmas and not going back to the Old Dominion without a case of these babies.

Dear Vernor's: I enjoyed your beverage as a kid while visiting Belle Isle along with munching on hot dogs. Boy, those were the days. My grandparents lived in Detroit and I always loved Vernor's Ginger Ale.Visited Detroit at Thanksgiving and I had to bring some back to New Jersey. I used to see Vernor's in Shoprite , but I haven't seen it in awhile. What stores carry it in Vineland, New Jersey??? I had my first can of Vernors this past weekend. Same great taste. Same memories. ha ha Please let me know what stores carry it here? Thanks for a great product. Marion
